2017 Cloud leadership Award Winners

The University of Arizona and University of Notre Dame were declared the Overall Winners in 2017.  They generously donated the free passes to Educause to two of our specially recognized institutions:  Santa Rosa Junior College and Houston Community College.

A total of 24 awards across 6 categories and 18 honorable mentions were given from almost 100 nominations.  Here they are (alphabetical by category):

As measured by % enterprise apps within IT control operated from the cloud vs. on-premise

Category 5 - Collaboration
As measured by % campus faculty, staff, students using cloud-based collaboration tools

As assessed by the judges based on commitment to cloud and working with at least one cloud service not widely adopted by the market

The Cloud Leadership Awards would also like to give special recognition to Santa Rosa Junior College and Houston Community College, as both had to deal with tremendous life-changing situations for many of their campus family.
